To all my beautiful ladies, I hope this blog post will help you choose to lean on God first whenever you face life’s struggles and difficulties. I want to share some of my challenging life experiences that were a blessing in disguise as they brought me closer to God. I hope after reading this post you will be able to Let go and Let God take control of your life.
In the Bible we read about Martha who complained about her sister to Jesus. Mary could have easily gotten offended and did something about it. However, we hear of nothing that Mary did to defend herself. She merely went on sitting at Jesus’ feet. In fact, Jesus Himself came to her defense. She had to do nothing about it.
How easily and often do you get offended? Have you ever thought about this? Do you feel the need to defend yourself every time you think someone says something you have to feel offended by? Let me ask you a question. Do your words speak life or death? Continue reading “Do your words speak life or death?”
What do you think of when you hear the words ministry or serving God? So many people think ministry/serving God can only be done within the church building. And there is a huge misconception that you are only closer to God or that you are more favored by God when you serve Him in the church. I used to be one of those people who thought that way…until God stirred up my heart in a different way.

As a woman, we wear different hats throughout our lives such as a daughter, a sister, a wife, a friend, a mother and even a grandmother let alone our occupation. What do these titles really mean?
